Lead

Howie is Founder & Managing Director of Tera Eikon Pte. Ltd. - whose expertise is in designing and defining thoughtful experiences in the digital channel that matter to people. Howie is also Academic Associate at Republic Polytechnic where he can be found facilitating Anthropological Studies under the Diploma in Design for Interactivity (DDI). Before venturing out on his own, Howie was previously with Creative Technology as an Interaction Designer and before that, was with Giesecke & Devrient as an Application Engineer.

Vice-Lead & Alliances

Su Yuen is a 22 year old who loves everything science and tech! Having worked as a designer in the past and currently as a developer, she is venturing into the world of Interaction Design to see how she can apply knowledge she has gained from both industries to improve the experience of applications and systems both in terms of aesthetics and usability. Among her many hobbies is watching how people use and react towards her creations be it system tools, web sites or even print designs.

Vice-Lead & Web

Wayne is a 23 year old Computer Science student at NUS who is embarking on his journey to find the source of inspiration and direction for his billion-dollar moment. He has been part of the TDM team for about 2 years, and has played a part in most of the TDM projects to date. He loves a good laugh and carries a smile on his face all the time.

Finance

Dionis loves a good margarita while dreaming up new ideas in the high tech space. She aims to be a chic geek that twitters all day long about all things geeky and all things girly. She’s highly focused on making things happen and lives by the motto, “Do your work!”

Public Relations

Andrew has mastered the art of internet-awareness and is highly connected with online communities. Andrew is the Asian representative for Twinity, a virtual world powered by reality. Other roles include Lead Partner, Pacific West Communications, Principle at Harro Intelligence, founding member Internet Industry Association of Singapore (IIAS), Publicity head, The Digital Movement and Advisory Board member, Association of Virtual Worlds.

Audience Management

I am a co-founder of JamiQ, a startup focusing on social media intelligence. Before venturing out, I was a social media and PR consultant with Hill & Knowlton. I also co-founded and built Scoopasia.com, an open web resource for the PR and marketing industry in Asia.

Marketing

Shamantha is a sociology student and loves understanding what makes people and the world tick. Similarly, she is interested in the world of technology, its applications and its impact.Having been on an entrepreneurial exchange programme in Philadelphia under the NOC, Shamantha is also keen on the entrepreneurial scene in SIngapore and around the world and hopes to learn more.

Technical

Shayan is 24, graduated in Software engineering and now doing research on Grid computing and Web services in Parallel and Distribued Computing Center in NTU as the fulfillment for his Master’s degree. He was involved in 2 startups so far and is interested in anything related to these keywords: Programming, Web technologies, Web services and mash-ups, Web2.0, Linux, Clusters and Grids, Entrepreneurship and Startup.

Project Management

Daniel Goh is a gadget geek who is constantly amazed at how technology has changed his life over the years. He’s always interested in business and technology issues, and blogs at www.youngupstarts.com where he champions new ideas, innovation and entrepreneurship. He works at Samsung Asia as a public relations manager

Hi folks, I’m Michael, founder of a social finance website called Qotion.com and NUS Law Faculty Alumni. I’ve been with TDM since Nexus and keen to see more exciting things happen in this domain =)

Since ‘the geek shall inherit the earth’, this geek is just waiting for his day to rule the world. In the meantime, he is a young Padawan for CNET Asia whilst toying with a myriad of fun stuff disguised as work and pretending to advise companies on tech business and new media strategies.

Jean is currently doing research in medical sciences and will be pursuing her medical studies. She has interests in web and mobile technologies as well as cool gadgets. She’s a road warrior and believes in being empowered wherever she is. She hopes that through her fumbling with her tech experiments, she would one day be able to simplify technologies for the common man.

Sebastien is a global entrepreneur currently working on innovative solutions for expatriates around the world. He is a creative thinker with expertise in online community management, web strategy, usability and more.

Enjoys building electronic gadgets, sensors and robots, as well as investigating ways to make online interaction among people more interactive and “emotional”. Currently undergrad in CMU, majoring in Computer Science and HCI. Enjoys photography and RC airplane flying in spare time.
